Every item we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research carried out by qualified professionals in an appropriate research setting. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or household goods, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, or household use. We do not provide guidance on any such use, and we cannot advise on how a material should be handled for those purposes.
Each product — and, where a product has strength or volume options, each individual option — carries its own Certificate of Analysis status. “Independent Lab COA Available” means a Peptogenesis-commissioned independent laboratory report is attached and can be opened. “Supplier COA On File” means we hold supplier-provided documentation for that batch and, once the batch match has been confirmed internally, a summary of those figures may be published; a supplier summary is always labeled as supplier-provided and is never presented as independent testing. “COA Coming Soon” means no report is published for that item yet. We do not make blanket testing claims, and a document link only ever appears when a real file exists.
Lyophilized material can differ in visual presentation from batch to batch — for example as a compact disc, a looser cake, or a fine powder — and the quantity in a vial is small, so it may not fill the base. Variation of this kind is common with freeze-dried material. If the appearance of an item concerns you, stop using it for research and contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can review it.
Cap color reflects the components available when a batch is packaged and does not indicate a different material, a different strength, or a quality difference. The vial label and its Certificate of Analysis status are the authoritative identification for any item.
Stop using the item for research and contact support with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the report with you. Please do not ask us to assess whether material is suitable for any use outside laboratory research — we cannot advise on that.
Where a Safety Data Sheet has been prepared for a product, it can be opened from that product page and from the SDS Library. When no sheet is published yet, the product shows an “SDS Coming Soon” state rather than a link that would not work. The SDS is the correct reference for handling and hazard information.
Storage information is published on a product page only where verified, product-specific information exists for that item — our labels do not carry storage instructions, and we will not publish generic guidance that might not apply to the material you hold. Where a Safety Data Sheet is available for a product, consult it for handling information.
Contact support with your order number and any relevant tracking or delivery details, and we will review the shipment with you. We will not speculate about the condition of material we have not assessed.
Consult the product’s Safety Data Sheet where one is available, and contact the appropriate emergency services or poison-control resource for your jurisdiction immediately. Peptogenesis support cannot provide medical guidance and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a typical processing time of 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier service selected, and carrier delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
When your order ships, a confirmation email is sent to the address on the order. You can also review your orders from your account area. If tracking details have not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact support with your order number.
We ship within the United States only.
Free standard shipping becomes available once your discounted merchandise subtotal reaches $200.00, calculated before tax and shipping. Your cart and checkout show how much more is needed, and the free rate is selected automatically once you qualify. If a coupon brings the subtotal back below the threshold, standard rates apply again.
Shipping Protection is an optional service offered directly by Peptogenesis for eligible orders. It provides additional protection for qualifying orders that are lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or confirmed stolen after delivery. The protection price is displayed at checkout and can be removed before the order is placed. Shipping Protection Terms apply.
Shipping Protection costs 2.5% of the merchandise subtotal, with a minimum charge of $1.99 and a maximum charge of $9.99. The exact amount is displayed at checkout and updates with the order total.
A label is generated when an order is packed, and carrier tracking often does not update until the parcel is scanned at a facility, which can take a little time. If tracking has not progressed for several business days, contact support with your order number and we will look into it.
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. We will always try to help, but once fulfillment has begun a change or cancellation may no longer be possible. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
If an order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or contains an incorrect item, contact support@peptogenesis.com with the order number and details. Orders with Shipping Protection may qualify for replacement or another resolution under the Shipping Protection Terms. Photographs of damaged packaging and products, tracking information, and other reasonable evidence may be requested. Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Tell us immediately with your order number. Before dispatch we can usually correct an address. Once a parcel has shipped to an address supplied on the order, we may be limited in what we can do, which is why we ask you to verify it at checkout.
Sign in to your account and open your order history, where each order shows its current status. Order and shipping notifications are also emailed to the address on the order.
Yes. Your account area lists the orders placed with that account. Orders placed as a guest are not attached to an account, so keep your confirmation email and order number for reference.
Check your spam or junk folder first, and confirm the address entered on the order was correct. If it still has not arrived, contact support and we will confirm whether the order was placed.
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the account sign-in form. A reset link is sent to your registered email address. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support.
We may decline or cancel an order, or limit an account, where an order cannot be verified or where it appears inconsistent with laboratory and analytical research use. Where this happens we will contact you using the details on the order.
The payment methods currently available at checkout are: Credit / Debit Card, ACH Direct Debit, Klarna, Affirm, Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin. The options shown to you on the payment step are always the definitive list for your order.
A failed authorization can still leave a temporary hold with your bank, which normally clears on its own. If you see a duplicate charge or a hold that does not clear, contact support with your order number and we will review the transaction records for your order.
Enter the code in the coupon field in your cart or at checkout and apply it before placing the order. Discounts apply to eligible merchandise and do not apply to tax or shipping. Free-shipping eligibility is assessed on the discounted merchandise subtotal.
See the Returns and Refunds policy for the terms that apply to your order. Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs.
